We ship your orders on Monday through Friday ONLY. Please keep this in mind when ordering online on weekends.

PLEASE NOTE ANY SPECIAL OFFERS OF FREE SHIPPING ARE FOR GROUND SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES ONLY. If you select a differnt form of shipping, or if ground shipping is not selected or is not available to your shipping address, you will be charged the appropriate shipping fees for your location and method of shipping.

Our goal is to ship all orders on the same day received, if your order is received by noon PST on a working business day.

OVERNIGHT OR RUSH orders must be received before 12 noon PST to be shipped out the same day. For OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY for Saturday or Monday delivery, please do not place your order online. Call us directly before noon PST on Friday and we will do our best to accommodate your RUSH request.

Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed Next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PST will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PST will be processed the following business day.

OUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM IS NOT SET UP TO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. If you do not have a street address that you can use for shipping PLEASE call our office and we will process your order by phone. 888-838-8877 or 760-931-8563. This will help avoid the delay of your shipment.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, you MUST call the Gematria customer service office between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:30 pm Pacific time Monday through Friday to get an Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without an Authorization Number.

When you call, you will be given the additional information you will need to complete your return.

Returns sent without prior authorization from our office are not eligible for credit or refunds.
